  • Working with me will feel collaborative, safe, and possibly even fun. Even if you aren't clear on your goal for therapy, with careful questioning, guidance and reflection, together we may find a clearing in the woods, where you can more easily access what is most important to you and how you want to be in the world. I work with people ages 12 and up. In addition to talking, I may suggest modes of processing that use art, music, movement, or play based activities.

  • Somatic therapy, yoga, oracle card readings.

I am a trauma-informed somatic therapist, which means I focus on the mind-body connection utilizing movement and meditation modalities that veer from traditional talk therapy! This is my 10th year working with clients individually and in groups, predominantly through telehealth or virtual means, although I also host in person wellness events and retreats and grew-up in Maine and have been back for the past several years post grad school in SF. I have also started my own decolonized collective center Queer, disabled folks as an Indigenous Mi'kmaq. I have also completed yoga teacher training, do oracle card readings as ancestral intuitive, and also center fat activism in all of my work.

  • Hi! I am a queer, trans/non-binary, neuro-spicy, artist and therapist. I started my transition over a decade ago, and as I find myself becoming an elder queer, I feel a deep commitment to being visible, accessible, and supportive for younger queers. I believe in sharing lived experience, offering steadiness and hope, and helping make the path a little less overwhelming for those coming up behind us. I am openly out because I believe it matters, especially now, for queer and trans people to see real, joyful individuals doing life things in a tough political climate.

As an artist, I know colors and stories can say what words sometimes can’t. Art has been a place where my authentic self could exist before it was safe or possible to be myself. Making art helps me think, regulate, and imagine. Being creative gives shape to feelings that live in my body and nervous system in a way I struggle to communicate otherwise. I think queerness, too, lives outside of tidy narratives, and art offers a way to honor complexity, contradiction, and becoming ourselves.

As a therapist, I hold space with warmth, humor, and deep respect for your path. I believe healing works best when we bring our whole weird, wonderful selves to the table. My style is person-centered, strength-based, and gently goofy. I love mixing grounding, curiosity, and creativity to help you feel safe, seen, and supported. I am especially passionate about supporting queer and trans folks as we grow and step into authentic versions of ourselves.

Each session focuses on the individual’s specific bodywork goals — whether that’s reducing pain, improving mobility, deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, or recovery from training.
